This service is a safe space to vent about narcissistic abuse, talk through what you’ve experienced, and gain clarity about narcissistic behavior and relationship patterns. During your session, we’ll focus on: • Venting without judgment about your experiences with narcissistic abuse • Understanding narcissistic behavior and the patterns that may be affecting you • Learning how to respond and protect your peace when dealing with narcissistic behavior • Healing and rebuilding yourself after emotional manipulation, gaslighting, or other forms of abuse • Regaining your confidence, boundaries, and sense of control The goal isn’t to change or control the narcissist. The goal is to help you understand the behavior, stop giving it power over you, and become stronger, more aware, and more in control of your own life. You don’t defeat the narcissist by becoming like them. You defeat the cycle by choosing yourself. *this is not therapy.
